For kids to compete against other kids
in your community & around the globe
WHO CAN BOWL IN
THE LEAGUES?
Kids Bowling Leagues are a unique, one of a kind bowling league for kids age 17 and under.
WHERE DO THE LEAGUES
TAKE PLACE?
At participating Kids Bowl Free bowling centers, that also choose to run Kids Bowling Leagues with us. To see the complete list, visit our bowling centers page. This list grows on a daily basis as more centers join the program, so check back frequently if you do not see your center there yet.
WHEN DOES THE LEAGUE
TAKE PLACE?
Each participating center will have the available days and times clearly listed on the registration page for their center. Most centers will be offering times after school, during the week, and then earlier in the day on weekends. This is up to each center, based upon their other events and leagues.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Each participating kid will receive 6 sessions of bowling where they will bowl 2 games, and log their scores to compete each session against 19 other kids in their league. Participating kids will also receive FREE shoe rental with each session.
Perfect for busy families
with our bowl when you
have time format...
Unlike bowling leagues of the past where you may have to commit your family to bowling on the same day and time each week, our new Kids Bowling League program will allow your kids to bowl any day and time that your participating bowling center has lanes available for the program.
This means that one week you might have time to bowl on a Monday afterschool, but the following week you might bowl on a Saturday morning.
You'll just check the available days and times at our participating bowling center on our website, you go to the bowling center and bowl your 2 game session during any of the times available.
New Leagues Start Every

How Do Kids Bowling
Leagues Work?
You sign your kids up today at your local bowling center, and then begin bowling your sessions any day the program is available.
When you register for the program, you'll get access to our Kids Bowling League dashboard to log your session scores. Each time you visit the bowling center to bowl, you show the front desk your account, and they enter your center PIN, which opens up the scoring blocks in your account. Those scores are stored, and 14 days after the start of the league, we'll begin posting standings for your league. Your kids will compete against 19 other kids of the same age. Some may be participating locally at your center, or they may be participating at a center on the other side of the world!
Each week, we'll be updating the scores and standings. Participating kids have ten weeks to complete six sessions.
This means that you don't have to go bowling every week, but you can choose to go weekly if that works for your family. Some families may choose to bowl two or more sessions on a visit to a bowling center. It's totally up to you, but make sure that you complete all six, two game sessions before the ending date, which will be 70 days after you sign up for the league.
FREE Shoe Rental
Each time that you bowl in the league, you'll also receive FREE shoe rental if you do not have your own bowling shoes!
FREE Certificate Of Completion
Each kid that participates in a league will receive a unique digital certificate of completion that highlights their highest game, their highest 2 game series and their league bowling average.
FREE Video Bowling Lessons
Our goal is to help your kids knock over more pins with each visit so you'll be receiving FREE Bowling Lessons from our team which includes professional bowlers from both the PWBA (Women's Tour) and PBA (Men's Tour), plus from the Storm Evolution Staff, many who got their start bowling with Kids Bowl Free!
Great Way To Spend
Time After School
Many schools have been cutting back on their physical fitness programs, and bowling is a great sport to introduce your kids to. It's a sport they can play for the rest of their lives, and it doesn't cost a fortune to get started. Bowling is also a non-contact sport, so you don't have to worry about your kids having concussions or breaking bones. Plus in bowling everyone gets to bowl, nobody rides the bench!
Our unique Fun Bowling League format which allows for kids to bowl as a single person, bowling against kids around the globe, also provides the opportunity for kids locally to set up a weekly bowling time with their friends who might join a league too. For example one parent could bring a couple of kids bowling this week, and a different car pool parent could bring the kids bowling next week. Because of this, we've set up our system to allow parents to share a link to their kids bowling league scoring system. This way if your friend group decides to create a carpool to the local bowling alley, all of the parents can email or text the scoring portal log in to the parent driving on a specific day, and that allows the bowling center to redeem the coupons for each individual kid, without having to share account log in information.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to some of our most common questions. If you have a question, get in touch.
Did they need to participate in Kids Bowl Free?
No, any kid who meets the age requirement can bowl in a Kids Bowling League, at a participating center. We know that not every kid has time to go bowling in the Spring or Summer with Kids Bowl Free, so we're opening up Kids Bowling Leagues to every kid in the community near participating bowling centers.
How much is it to bowl in a league?
Kids Bowling Leagues are a great value, you can find the current league pricing for your participating center on the registration page of our site. To find a participating center please visit our bowling centers page.
Can my kids participate in more than one league at a time?
Our recommendation is that you only sign your kids up for one league at a time, and after they complete their 6 sessions, then sign them up for an additional league. Because leagues are forming each day, this will allow them to bowl against different kids each time they join a league.
Can my kids use bumpers or ramps to bowl in the league?
Yes, kids in the 5 & Under age category can use bumpers and ramps if they choose to. In the 6 - 8 year old category, kids can use only bumpers, if they choose to use them.
For ages 9 & above, all kids are encouraged to bowl without bumpers and utilize the video bowling lessons provided to help them score more strikes and spares without using bumpers or ramps.
